Selling things that dont work

I bought a HP notenook from Furniture city Woodmead last year july and it went to collect it at their store in August /Sep 13 .Unfortunately i missed place the collection slip("since i move houses 3 times now.')The sales person who sold me these things tells me he sold the notebook in June. Although i was fighting with them telling them i have paid 2 installments on the furniture i bought and i have not received all the items i bought. The furniture city service is dissapointing and they never get back to you. They tell i have to pay for the computer to be fixed by them, which has never work ("THE COMPUTER DOES NOT EXCEPT USB'S AND IT DOES NOT CONNECT TO A PRINTER.)I'm really not happy with their service they dont care about their customers all they care about is money.i really love furniture from furniture city but i will never purchase from woodmead again.
