Nedbank and Furniture store teamed up to destroy

I went to a furniture store in alberton to buy a couch worth R2500 on credit.
I was given forms to sign to be sent to Nedbank for finance on the product I wanted.
The furniture applied for R75 000 from Nedbank using my details (Payslip, bank Statement and ID) without my knowledge.
The furniture store called me the following day saying my loan of R75 000 has been approved and I must come pick the furniture I want. Surprised I rushed to the store the following day to tell them I don't want R75 000 and that they should reverse it. I called Nedbank who confirmed that I indeed have R75 000 debt. I told them what happened and asked them to help me clear this but they told me there is nothing they can do the money has been sent to the furniture store.

1. Nedbank didn't contact me to confirm my application for R75 000 loan before they processed the loan or even after approval.
2. My credit score is not enough to qualify me for a R75 000 loan.
3. I've sent Nedbank a complaint letter a week ago... no response
4. I did not take any furniture from this store that is partnering with Nedbank.
5. My account will be debited R2 500 monthly for money/Furniture I don't even have with me.
