Online goods are not good quality

I purchase the Domino Range Suite as i saw it on Furniture City's Website and i like it, so my fiancee and i decide to go to southgate branch as we stay in the south, When we got there were assisted by the consultant they was the price different beteen the store and online/website so i asked the consultant why is the price defference he said to me its always best to purchase at the store should you have problems you can always come back to them now it makes sense as i purchase the domino range last month And already im expriencing problems and to think ive return the couches before the 1st time as it had colour variation i wouldnt advise any one to purchase something online at furniture city, I spent all my bonus at furniture city online now im so dissaponited the product are not good quality at all, Ive logged the complain with them and promise to get feedback before the end of today im still waiting SHOCKED 3RD Grade Goods for R15350.00
