8 calls later and still no delivery

My order was due to be delivered on 13 December and still has not arrived. I have called 8 times now and nobody seems interested in assisting. What is worse is that every time I called somebody promised to give me feedback on what's going on, but to date I have not had a single email or phonecall. I was even promised that a manager would call me on Thursday - nothing. I have been a loyal customer to date and have bought tens of thousands of Rands worth of goods in the past, including high-end electronics. I have however made my eighth call this morning to cancel my order and to arrange for a refund. Once I have the refund I will be deleting my profile. I am so incredibly frustrated and disappointed.
