Again, Kalahari can't give feedback or credit

My previous complaint was about Kalahari not giving me a refund credit on a faulty Gobi purchased from them. After months and HelloPeter's help, I got my refund. Then I made the mistake to purchase a new Gobi with the credit. This Gobi was worse and did not work at all. I sent it back to them and they promised me that I will get my credit on Tuesday the 17th of December 2013. Obviously did this not happen and I had to start contacting them about this on my cost. The cost of all my calls to date is in excess of R200.00. I called Kalahari on the 18th and they promised me feedback, which I still did not get. Its holiday season and the ideal time to use the Gobi, but it seems that Kalahari is interested in making money, but not as much on the quality of their products. After I used my hopefull credit, I most certainly will never use Kalahari again.
