Promises to refund but never does

On the 28th of November i ordered stuff from Kalahari and then decided to cancel the order before delivery, I phoned customer service and they said its fine they will cancel the courier in transit and then refund me!

Well it is now the 24th of December and I have not yet been refunded, i got an email from them saying they would refund my credit card and they didnt, Complained several times to customer care and was promised to get calls not one person phoned me.

One of the Customer care consultants called Bradley Smith apologised for not calling me back and even promised to have his team leader call me... NOTHING... no money and no calls.

The order no was a1000926622 and the refund amount R4, 797.00!!!

Are these people ever going to give me my money back!!! I have used Kalahari many many times, 76 times as a matter of fact and i think that after this experience i will be very wary to use them again... very appalled at what has happened!!
