Very Rude manager- Galaxy & Co

On the 9/12/13 i bought ring for my husband for our anniversary. i went into Galaxy and Co in Capegate explained to an assistant by the name Adams what i wanted. she helped me choose a ring which was over size and pushed me to getting it and told me i would come back and resize it. i took the ring with me, and it was too big fo my husband, so i kept it to go and exchange. i wasnt explianed about any 7 day refund or exchange policy, as i had bought as a gift i kept the recipt as a secret. i travelled on the 14th and came back yesterday for xmas. Today i decided to go and try to exchange if not get my refund back. i spoke to the acting manager Benita and explained my situation. she became so rude at me as she kept saying NO company policy which i was never shown or explained until today.i explained to her that the CPA states exchange and refunds can be done within 30days of purchase and mine are ending on the 9/01/14. there was nothing for the amount to exchange for so i then requested or my refund so that i could go to Sterns or American Swiss but she refused. i was in the store for 3 hours trying to get my refund of my money. i have never been insulted like this. Such a humiliatio
