Awesome service!!

I took my children shopping with the money and voucher they received from family for Christmas. First Zizile greeted us with a big smile. My daughter of 11 years old had a voucher of R150. However when Zizile swiped the card it showed a balance of R0.00. I told her that it was impossible as we didn't used the voucher at all.

She then called a manager or supervisor whom's name I unfortunately did not get. Together they sorted out the problem and my daughter could pay for her clothes with the voucher.

Then my boy of 6 years old had a turn to pay the shoes he wanted. He however lost the price tag that was attached to the shoes somewhere along the line. She didn't ask someone as some cashiers always do but offered to fetch it herself. She told my son that they should race to the shoes shelve and back to see who will win. My boy was in heaven!! : )

He now just want to shop at Jet Secunda!

Friendly staff like Zizile deserve a medal as they are not seen everyday!
