CAT Revival Boot

I bought above boot in May 2012.The stitching started to break at some of the seams. In May 2013 I decided to take it in for repair I love these shoes! I used to live far away from the shop, I retrured it the next time I was in paarl, May 2013.they said repair will take 4-6 weeks. I accepted, because I love these shoes and have been looking for a pair like this for 2 years. After 5 weeks they phoned me and said that the shoes are a factory reject and that it has been shredded. I died a little inside, but they said I will have a new pair within 2 weeks.2 Weeks went past and nothing, I phoned. No, that particular boot has been discontinued and I will never get a pair like that again. Now, starting to get frustrated I accepted with a heavy hart. So I bought the shoes when I opened my account with the first R300 voucher set off against the price of R1 100.Now the manager and the sales rep started to get annoyed with me. All the time I phoned I could never speak to the manager, he was always to busy. They wanted to give me a voucher for only R800, said I alreday used the R300.I sent a mail stating the legal implications.suddenly I could come and fetch my old shoes. WTH? What is going on here?
