I find myself once again complaining about Zando, I placed an order for shoes on special on the 17th January 2013, prior to placing the order I called to request that I needed a US size 9 as there website doesn't stipulate if it is UK or US what should I order I was told to order size 9 on the website. A couple of days later the shoes arrived and it was size 10. I did not accept them and sent it back. I then send an email on the 21st with what had just happened with my order, received no feedback until I sent another email the following day. I explained the situation was told a credit will be done and I must reorder the shoes. I then went to reorder the shoes and the price had changed, I phoned back and spoke to Zayne and explained the situation again and he eventually found a solution stating I would receive a voucher for the difference and I was happy with that on 22nd, it is now the 25th no word from Zando, no voucher, no refund and no shoes... what the is going on, is business that good for Zando that they don't need anymore?
