Store and Staff Disorganised, terrible shopping!

I bought a Polo mens french blue shirt at Canal Walk last week! 1 was left, I foned Cavendish and they had a smaller size so I picked it up, while there I was impressed as their stock was clearly marked as staff knew their stock! I returned to canal walk and I saw what a shambles the menswear dept was! No sale stock, nothing marked and staff clueless! Called Melanie Cosmetics Manager and she also looked surprised! Norhing at all was marked! She even said the shirt which I bought last week wasn't on sale! Yet I bought it and swopped size in cavendish! I was even more disgusted when I saw the shirt I bought and the correct size in another brand dept! What a waste of my time and money! Canal Walk store Is a Jumble Sale Store but the Irony is even the staff and manager doesn't know where the Sale is! Its all Jumble and Disorganised! Wouldn't like to shop there where things are so hard to find and staff knows nothing! All that's missing is an Umbrella and Sunscreen for the staff! As that's the atmosphere created! Maybe serve me a draught beer as I enter and ill enjoy shopping at the circus resort!
