BAD SERVICE

It's the 3rd time I went to Game, that I found Service delivery is very poor. I thought when people talk about games poor service they were just joking, but then I experienced it for myself. The employees stand around and chat with each other when consumers need assistance. Needless to say most of the products on the shelves don't have any prices and then you can stand and wait for hours for someone to help you and when you do get help it also take more than 15min for them to return, with exemption of a few employees. Please improve your service because people rather drive to emalahleni to get better service than go to the abovementioned mall.
