Econo heater & items that require installation

I wanted to buy 3 Econo heater panels for my house.
However unfortunately none of the employees there actually knew how to install it. Or what I need to buy in order to be able to install it.
Never mind how it works.
the poor guys had to open up the box to see if it needed to be bolted in a wall or how it needs to be installed.

Realistically, how do you expect them to sell the products if they never received training on it?
The same thing happened when I wanted to buy a TV and a Mp3 player.
When I wanted to buy a tv unit it was the same.. even worse. The guy told me to read what it says on the box

Game needs to take the inciative to speak to their suppliers to give the employees a fact sheet or at least instructions on how products work or how to sell.
Basic customer etiquette, I will ask a question to one of the sales people and he will walk away... without saying anything. next thing i know there is someone else.
Very poor service.
What happened to taking pride in your jobs and ensuring your employees are able to produce optimum sales?
Surely your business is open in order to generate profit?
