Pathetic

Computers & Services

I was looking for a rugby game and decided to consult the BT Games Website to have a look at what they have to offer. I found a game called Jonah Lomu Rugby Challenge. I proceeded to purchase the game after consulting the BT Games Website, when I opened the packaging I found that the CD Case was crushed and I then decided to test the game. Fortunately the game works but the game isn't what the website says. Firstly the Springbok side has no springboks in it, the Super 15 Tournament (as advertised on the BT Games Website) isn't the Super 15 as the Tournament is called Rugby 15 (again the players, kit, Stadium and team is not as advertised) I called one of the sales guys at the store I bought the game from and requested if I could return the game as it not what I read on the website. I suggested that I return the game and swap it out for something else and I was told no you can't return it but I can buy it back for R150. I spent R600 on the game and I will not accept this kind of comment. According to the consumer act I have 7 days to return any purchase if I am not satisfied with the product. I would like this game returned and either get a full refund or allow me get something else
