I took in a lawn blower under warranty for repair. When asked for a loan product, they said they don't cover it. Now my gardner must stay without work until they see it fit to return the blower back to me. then only can I get my gardner back and pay him. I am greating a job for a person and now they are taking food out of his mouth because there is no loan item. Now my gardner will have to look for alternative job to feed himself and I must rent in another blower or get some one with a blower that is going to cost me extra. These people don't care about others because they have got a job. No sympathy shown by the Mamaner Willian or the employees at customer service. They can't even give a proper explanation on their own products. This is not the first time I had a bod axperience at Game Brits. everytime I let it go. Not this time. It is time Game Head office does something about Game Brits employees.
