Reading of the consumers reports, I realised that I am not the only one who is not happy with the service I am getting at game. Currently I am refusing to buy anything from them and would rather pay a few rand more and get service than pay cheaper with no service and no after sales service.

I have to many complaints for Game to list them all here but I have learnt my lesson and unless I can help it, I try to not even set foot in that store because I will just get a heart attack or a stroke. Some of the employees have an attitude of "you are the client and you want what is in this store so just wait". I do not expect them to wait on me hand and foot, but sending me to a repair shop with an item which is still under guarantee, arguing about the prices on the shelves, waiting an hour and a half to get someone to bring your purchased goods to the till is just not that acceptable for me. Game will not miss my few hundred rand I spent at their shop and they probably will not care about this report, but their staff can sure use some training with regards to people skills, consumer act and client service. Lets hope things start to change and we all be happy shoppers again.
