I have a contract running in the Foreshore area and daily frequent the FreshStop and spend nothing less than R100 each day. The daily regime for the last three week is too get a pie. I pick up my goods, get the pie and proceed to pay. Deal done, convenient, and happy. TODAY I get my goodies swing past the deli to get my pie and Im told, NO you must pay first.

Excuse me, for the past 21 days this has no been an issue, today im a?? I promptly put my shopping down and went and swiped my PLATINUM American Express card at the competition.

Sadly for you, the contract is for another 3 months and I wont be spending another CENT at your business, no fuel for my fleet, not even a drop of water.

Why?? All because of a PIE and how i was handled.

No im not being a drama queen, its the principle of the matter and maybe you will learn to treat your customers better, .

Wait, do you really care, you have a goldmine there, what will my few thousands matter??
