Clicks Valley Centre has always been my favorite pharmacy until 12th December where an unqualified clueless person (thumalo) is serving the self medication counter which is absolutely shocking/ scary to customers as you are dealing with our lives.
Not only that, Friday 27th December, there was only one person on duty in the dispensary. The queues are so long, took 30-40minutes to get self-medication. Very disappointing. This branch should be closed if there are no staff available.
Never again will I step foot in Clicks.
