Clicks bad service in terms of Pharmaceutical dep

We are experiencing bad services in terms of deliverance of prescription medication. We have been collecting our medication for the last four years, and the service have only worsened. Clicks notified us on Monday that we could collect our prescription medication. However, upon our arrival, on Tuesday 5th March 2013, the Pharmacy was still closed on the time it was supposed to be open. We enquired for the reason why the pharmacy was still closed and a very ignorant answer was given to us.

We went back on wednesday, and their excuse was that the medication has not yet arrived, even though they notified us two days prior that the opposite was true.

We then went back Friday 8th March and the respnse was the same.

Apart from the pharmasists not pitching for work on time, the service delivery is far below standard.
They are always slow upon delivery and have a bad attitude towards assisting us.
