Poor security

I was at the store today..in the scrapbooking section... as they didnt have what I wanted .. i left the store... as I got to the door I noticed my bag was opened... when I looked inside..I noticed my wallet was gone... when I approached the store manager... I was told they don't have cameras in that section, and theres nothing they can do... to me that is poor customer service... those people could have been still in the store or centre... I had all my cards including my licence and medical aid cards and a large some of money (as we are planning my b as babies birthday)... sorry doesn't help..especially when we work hard for our money... n the staff is soo unhelpful
