Shocking customer service at Clicks Robertson

The customer service at Clicks Robertson as appalling. This is not the first incident. The queues to collect medication, both over-the-counter and prescription, is ridiculous! I had to wait over 25 minutes this morning (09h00 to 09h30) to be served. There were only 2 pharmacists on duty. Every one in the queues were complaining. The one pharmacist in particular (a locum) dispensing prescription medication had a terrible attitude and was on "go-slow". One doesn't mind waiting a few minutes, but 25 minutes when you are second in line is ridiculous! As previously mentioned this is not the first incident but today I just had enough and felt I needed to air my frustrations. This kind of service and attitude will result in me going to another pharmacy in town to collect my medications.
