What does closing at 17:30 mean at Clicks

My husband is a chronic medication user and sometimes orders the medication through Clicks Pharmacy. I have not had a problem with the Clicks at South Coast Mall on the South Coast before, until today. I live 17 kilometers away from this branch and after work today, I telephonically called to inform that I was almost there to collect the medication-the pharmacist told me to be there in the next few minutes as they were closing. It was 17:22.When I informed her that I still had just shy of 10 minutes to make it, she said that the staff must get transport and still have to cash up etc. She would in any event do what she had to do so that when I arrived I could just take the medicine basket to the cashier.17:25-Clicks doors were CLOSED.Clearly the meaning of closing at 17:30 has changed. It means cashing up etc and closing the doors so staff can LEAVE at 17:30. Might I add that the taxi depot is in the Mall parking lot. I have spent literally THOUSANDS of rands at this Clicks branch on medication- that-I will take my business elsewhere. Needless to say, tonight my husband has no medication-but that's ok-it doesn't affect Clicks or their staff who left on time today-out by 17:30
