Shocking service and don't care attitude

Can someone please tell me why we filled in forms to be notified when our repeat medication is ready for collection? When you go to collect you still have to stand in a long queue and only half the script is processed and the other is not in stock, which means I have to stand in a queue again. How pathetic! Last week I received the 2 sms's to collect my husbands' and my repeats. I get there & only mine has been processed. Now I ask you with tears in my eyes what is going on there. There was a queue going down the shopping isle already but only two pharmacists assisting & the going was at a snail pace. If you indicate to the pharmacist that you only have to collect medication you are ignored. Their service is absolutely unacceptable. I've been dealing with this branch of Clicks Pharmacy for years & have never experienced such shocking service & a don't care attitude.
