I place my order on the 30 November 2013 and received an SMS that it was placed. I called in several times and fixed my address and confirmed that my order was actually captured and they are going to speed up the transaction for me. I called on the 19/12 and was told that there was no order on the system. I became upset because this was confirmed by 2 other agents and when they could't offer a solution the agent hung up on me and never returned the call - Imtieyaaz I spoke to a Supervisor and he obviously doesn't trust your system since there are millions of things that can go wrong when placing an order on your system. Funny how money can be taken however the order can't be placed. I was told to email all the details about the payment and they will refund me. That was done on the 19/ 12 and I still haven't received a response. When I called in again I was told that the department is closed until the 2/01 - so why tell me to email a department that will be closed or doesn't handle their queries in a timeous manner? Also, Imtieyaaz then transfers me to a survey without resolving the query which effectively terminates the call. Great worker you have there! I want my funds refunded
