YOU MADE ME SICK (Haven't Received My Food)

I order from Debonairs Banbury everyday (I have proof of slips) I don't know what I was thinking when I decided to Order from Nandos Banbury.

I ordered a Half Chicken, Creme Soda & a roll Exacly at 19:48 The call took 3 Minutes because of your consultant who doesn't want to listen but all he cares about is debiting my Dedit Card. He promised that the order will be in latest by 50 mins I was fine with it. i went to my office started working, 20:45 I called and said I haven't received my Order and he said it's on it way to me. He recorded my name as "Emily" (Tell me does emily and Murendeni sounds like the same name?? "Wonder where you got your consultants").

I waited 21:25 I called again the order was not on the system (I have a recording for this) He said the system Jammed and lost everything. I'm a computer Guru if he doesn't know, I might be younger than him but hey I'm more knowledgable than him. I know what customer service is but what your branch provides is money service, even now @ 21: 55 I'm sitting still haven't received my order but my money is already out. I want the Quality Assurance manager to contact me or I will take you guys to RASA.
