A day of my life wasted waiting for Telkom

I placed an order for a landline to be installed on Thursday 10 Jan 13. whilst placing my order I was advised that my address could not be recognised by the system and I should get a number from a fellow tenantin order for Telkom to copy the address. This was done and given to them on Friday 11 Jan 13. I was told everything is in order and that my installation would take place on Tuesday 15 Jan 13. On Sunday 13 Jan I received an sms confirming my installation but at the incorrect address. I responded to the sms and on Monday morning 14 Jan called the call centre to correct the details. The lady I spoke to confirmed my address and advised that all was in order and that the installation would still take place on Tuesday. I in turn submitted leave for the Tuesday. Tuesday morning I received a call from a technician advising that he was on his way but he had the incorrect address which I corrected with him. needless to say no one arrived to do the installation. Upon my first call I was told that there would be no installation as there are no lines available. after 7 other calls I was advised that my order would be resubmitted, the address will be investigated and that would take 7 days
