No delivery however I was invoiced 2 weeks ago

I placed an order on the 08/02/2013 and the order was invoiced on the same day.

This box went out with the driver on the 13/02/2013 for delivery however Justine call-Centre had captured the delivery address incorrectly.

I got a miss call from the driver and when I returned his call, he advised that I speak to the call-centre so they can re-sent the box as he had already left the area.
I did so and the call-centre agent I spoke to corrected my delivery address on the system as well. She said that a query had been logged for the box to be re-sent and delivery would be in the next 48 hours.

48 hours went by no feedback was received from Justine.

The 2nd week went by and still nothing from Justine. I called on the 22/02/2013 to follow up and was told that the order have been sent out.

I followed this up on the 23/02/2013 and I was told the same thing. The order have been sent out and delivery would be in the next 48 hours

I called Justine today and the consultant told me that the order was being returned for the credit to be passed on.
Please advice, why this was not done on the 13/0
