On the 9th of November I placed an order via Internet with HomeChoice. I received an e-mail confirming that they received my order with an Order Number. I phoned them today in order to find out where my order is, I was told that my order is NOT on the system. The agent even asked me if I phoned them to confirm if my order bee placed, whereby I asked her "why should I call if I received an e-mail confirming my order. After I spoke to a Team Leader he promised me that he will place the order again and prioritize it. The Agent starting to place the order, JUST TO FIND OUT THAT MY SON'S X-MAS PRESENT IS SOLD OUT. Thank you HomeChoice for ONCE AGAIN pathetic service. I promised myself after my first complaint on Hello Peter NEVER to place orders with HomeChoice again, but giving them the benefit of the doubt they just proved to me that there ARE NO SERVICE. Please think twice before you order from HomeChoice
