ONLY A FEW CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS IN LADYSMITH KZN

First incident happened about 6 months ago. We were looking for fresh whole chickens, which they didn't have. I filled out a slip at the till stating what I couldn't find. It was read and the supervisor took down the number of chickens we needed and our contact details, so she could contact and keep the chickens for us. We are still waiting for her, but did go back a few days later and got the chickens. November we were looking for drumsticks for a party. We spoke to the manager who assured us he would have it by Saturday morning. When we got there at the agreed time, he told us he had forgotten about it but would try and make a plan. Going back there later we were told by him that he doesn't have, and we should try someone else or, wait for it, try again next week (we told you last week it's for today). Yesterday we were looking for lettuce and carrots, the shelves were empty. We asked Nondumiso R if they had any in the storeroom she said no everything is sold out. Then we spoke to Ingrid who went to check and brought out crates of both. People need to realise they have a job because they have customers. Credit to Ingrid for caring wish there were more of her, the rest don't care
