FROM A VERY ANGRY AND DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMERS

I've been to shops before but I have never been discriminated humiliated in this way. It was on a normal Saturday (my friend and i decided to go buy whiskey in town @ Makro. Before we got to the liquor side we decided to go check their audio-visuals the we perused the TV`s as we were leaving one of the Sales Representatives who were on the sales floor on that day namely (Mbali) made some Un-welcome remarks towards us as we were going on about our business by suggesting to her friend that we were gay and she asked her friend if she could guess which one of us was the male or female and they presided to lough at the joke but it was no joke to us as we take these things serious because I believe this is deformation of character as specially when u know that someone is accusing u of being something that u not, not that my friend and I have anything against gay people and others for that matter.so we will appreciate it if the proper disciplinary actions be taken against her. So that other employees may not repeat the same act. I strongly believe customers should be respected. I work in a Retail enviroment I am a sales representative as well I know what a customer is or customer service.
