On the 16 August 2013 my friend and I walk into FNB montana to ask for a proof of business account. Inside the bank I realised I did not have my ID with me so I decided to take a seat and wait for my friend to finish what he was doing. A floor manager by the name of Janine Barnard asked me to exist the bank while I was reading a brochure about e-bucks. I told her I'm a client and I'm waiting for my friend to finish with the bank. She told me I must go and stand at the teller with my friend while the teller is assisting him. I told him that I will be invading my friend banking privacy then she said I must stand outside. I feel shes been because I have been to that FNB several time with other people I normally take a seat while waiting but with her it was different. I thought its over but I'm wrong more of people like Janine Barnard will make a like me to close my business account with FNB. I have tried to ask for a branch manager over the phone I was denied to speak to him later that day so that I can report the matter. Hence I opted for Hellopete
