I received the most unwelcoming service in Makro Centurion, worse is of all it was from the Sales Manager of the store.

I bought a TV on the 27th March 2013, and on the 6th May 2013 the TV did not turn on, it did not borther as I was writing exams at that time, however, I decided to go to Makro on the 10th May 2013 when I was done with my exam that morning. But when I got to Makro Centurion, I was made like I am not a customer, the staff that was helping me tested the TV and found that it was not coming on, they told me that they think it was struck by lightening, but I told them that there no rain, nor lightening from the 6th untill the 10th of May 2013. They then took my proof of payment to the manager who rejected them exchanging the TV upon seeing the proof of payment.

However, I complained that I am not treated fairly and told them that it means that Makro Centurion is only concerned with sales instead of customer service.

Later they called the Sales Manager which just addd the salt to the wound, his attitude to the matter I think it was not professional in a way that he was willing to help, but just to let me go so that he can serve other people. Pls help me.
