Ad quality product in rassit staff

Bought a cellphone that was faulty. They refused to take it back within the 7 days. I was forced to send it in to repair wasting my money and time! It still does not work!!! Forcing me to pay almost a R1000 for stuff that does not work! I want my money back, I am sick of your excuses! To top it all of the grove staff are! After waiting 15 minutes for consultant that we called because she was not on post she just leaves us there to assist a black couple just standing looking at sunglasses. Thinking she is very funny grinning the whole way! She was the consultant I complained about the first time!!! I want my money back! You are if you expect me to pay for this phone!
