Bought a bike in December 2013 for my four year daughter who is currently out of the country with my wife. I asked the sales person who was assisting that it would be a good idea that he open the box, so that we can check that everything was there, explaining the fact that I'll be out of the country. But he insisted that everything was there and I must trust him. On my assembling the bike in Tanzania discovered that the pedals were missing. My wife emailed Makro help desk and Mr Ditiro Rapoo the sales manager responded positively and arranged with a friend of my elder daughter to collect the pedals in any Makro stores that will be convenient for her, since my wife's sister's child was coming to visit us. This help a lot and my daughter very happy. Mr Ditiro Rapoo must continue with the good work.
