Poor product quality

I can't believe the poor quality of products that is being sold. I purchassed a blow torch 3 weeks ago. After the first week it didn't work. I purchased a new one yesterday. When I got home there was no gas in the torch which means it was used and returned by somebody else and just placed back on the rack.
The first faulty one I purchased had gas in and that is why I know the second one was acutally second hand.

This is pathetic and a waste of my time. I expect a full refund for both products even though the first one is not in the origninal packacing and I don't have a slip. If this is the kind of quality products you sell I'm definitely not interested in wasting any more money or wasting my time to purchase from you again.
