I want my money back!!!

My husband bought me a phone on the 26th of December 2013 at Jet Store in Phumlani mall. We were assisted by very professional lady by the name of Bongie. 8 days later the phone started acting up. I took the phone to Mtn shop in Irene where I was advised that they can't take the phone for warrantee assessment as it is not a contract phone. I was told to go to Jet mart where I bought the phone so that Jet can take the phone to Mtn for repair. I then took the phone to Jet and a few days later I got a refurbished phone. Funny enough the phone was in a very bad condition. After 2 weeks of calling technical support and being given bad attitude by the consultants, I decided to take the phone back to Jet. I"m so disgusted with Mtn and it's incompetent staff, all I want is my money back. Clearly the guys at the repair centre in Midrand don't know their job. My hubby and I won't be renewing our contracts with mtn, I guess Vodacom or cell c will do for us. We sick and tired of mtn cos clearly they don't know how to treat their customers!
