Playing dressup while customer waits

Went to the grove edgars to have my watch adjusted. A watch that was bought there. Got to the watch counter, and only saw someone trying on about 4 pairs of sunglasses. When she turns around after 5 minutes, guess what, its the employee that was supposed to help us. Nice proffessional staff you employee edgars. On top of that she has the cheek to tell me we must go somewhere else cause she doesnt adjust watches. Seriously disgusted with the service we received.
