REFUND ON DAMAGED GOODS

On 07/01/2014 i received feedback from Edgars re a query logged ref 0201140025/GO.

As per the consultant the regional manager was going to get back to me regarding my query it is now almost 1 week later and i have yet to receive any feedback from anybody from Edgars. The store where my problem occurred (VANGATE) is forcing me to take a phone that they cannot guaranteed is fixed. I am receiving conflicting information from all parties involved.

All i want is to be reverted back to my previous position i.e credit the money back to my account.

As per the NCPA if the phone is faulty within the 1st 6 months the consumer has the option of a refund, and this was requested from the store who refused the refund. IS EDGARS EXCEPTED FROM THE NCPA RULES?
Also as per the act if the phone is repaired more than once a refund is also an option.

ALL I WANT IS TO HAVE THE MONEY CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT
