Loss of my cell phone Sony xp

On the 18 /12/2013 I went for shopping at Makro edenvale. My last area to be was at the cosmetics section where I have met an old friend and we end up having a long chat until the member of their staff alerted us that it is closing time. During that time my son took my phone from going towards his mother and i did not realise what eventually happened. I paid and the till around 17h50 and we went out as the store was already closed. On our way driving I discovered that my phone was not with me and we tried to phone it and it was continuously ringing. I tried it again later at night and it was still ringing. The next morning I rushed to the store, I was the first to enter the store from all the customers waiting but unfortunately that time the phone was off. I made a report customer services desk, and I was told that nothing was reported to them. I then requested for camera footages that covers the time when I was at the cosmetics section until paying. The feedback from your securities was that camera's were off by that time. I find very strange that security was compromised during that time and no accountability from Makro. This clearly indicates negligence to security meas
