Makro and their ill-trained staff

Makro has an inefficient system when it comes to paying. I had to wait a total of 25mins to pay for my goods, wasting my time because their staff is incapable of locating their own items and pricing them correctly before customers purchasing. The supervisor was just rude and did not explain, only to make the customer seem like they are in the wrong. After reporting to the Store manager, I was informed I would get a phone call to solve this bad attitude and service, but again nothing was ever heard from them again. Makro belongs to massmart which definitely does not live up the service that is expected of them. Wasting everyone's time
