Bought Sonotec 32", 2 months ago, used 3 times, and screen malfunctioned, Had to bring it to Makro,
Makro sent it to Supplier, I phoned after 6 days, no answer, phoned again 7th day, ( as they don't follow up and get back to you), had to bring the accessories in and they gave me a makro voucher, so I was again forced to buy at Makro. Had to get all my tv paperwork and ID again (2nd Time). Bought a different make and paid in the difference, took over an hr to sort things out, paper work and the red tape involved. At last ready to go when they told us they had made an error with the paperwork so they had to re-do it all. Eventually I get going and at the exit I handed in my slips etc to security, then waited and waited, whilst they hunted for the floor supervisor to sign the slips. WHAT A HORRIBLE shopping experience. I could have got the TV at the shopping mall at no extra cost, with non of this non - customer focused nightmare/experience. I will NEVER shop in that store again, It is no longer the store it used to be, Also I live 40 kms away, not to mention two trips in and the petrol cost. Makro need me I don't need Makro, this store should remember that.
