Refuses to give our money back

A Quantum van was bought by this garage for R200 000 CASH. Within 24 hours of reciept this van broke down.
The garage owner refuses to give a refund or give us a AA report upon request. We we're told that the van was serviced, but it did not even have a hooter. We reported the case to the Consumer Protector, and up until today we did not get any feedback. According to the ombidsman consumer act 55 and 56 we are suppsed to have our full claim back. Now we have to repay the bank for this loan, of almost R10000 /montn d this is causing allot of strain and suffering.

If anything, we desparately need help.
