Time wasted and still no delivery after 7 days

I ordered TurboFire from Glomail online on 22/04/13. On 29 Apr I phoned them asking the status of my order, as their website advertises delivery within 3-5 working days. I was informed that it will be delivered by the 30th. I received a package from Glomail on the 29th. Insanity workout was delivered to me. NOT Turbo fire. I do not know where the check between the order&invoice or order&delivery is done. I notified them&they told me they will phone me back to confirm the date that the correct item will be delivered. After receiving no feedback, I phoned later the day&they told me the correct package will be delivered to me the same day.2 hrs later they phoned back&said that there is a delay, it will be delivered 1st thing, the next morning, the 29th. On the 29th I phoned at 10:00 to confirm that TurboFire will be delivered that morning. The women inpatiently told me she doesn't know when it will happen, but I will get it during the day. Just after 14:00 I phoned AGAIN to confirm delivery within the next 2.5 hrs. They were surprised that I have'nt received it&said she will follow up. Then they said they are in Midrand&I am in the Western Cape&delivery takes 3-5 days. Al this talk&time was wasted.
