First time online shopping experience = fail

21 August I placed my order online to be delivered between 5 pm & 6 pm on 23 Aug 2013. I received an email confirmation the next day (ref:0005102675). On 23 Aug 2013 I received an sms confirming the time of delivery. I also confirmed the order delivery telephonically on the same day.By 7pm that same night the delivery had still not arrived. I was told by Nadeem at customer care that he would send an email to the Vincent Park Branch but they were closed. On Saturday morning I received a phone call from the branch manager at Vincent Park apologising for the no delivery but the times I had selected could not be met. I was then informed that not all items on my order were available. This was then delivered at 10:30am on 24 Aug 2013.

How can you sell me a time that is not available at the branch?
How can you inform me the day after delivery date that my items are not available?
You have made a fool out of me as this parcel was meant for my gran's birthday & she only got half of it the next day.
You have used my airtime to followup on your ability to do your job.
My gran rushed home from her celebrations to wait for 2 hours for nothing!

I'm a 1st time online shopper but NEVER again
