Late delivery and poorly informed staff

Ordered (Oder No. 1132221) two CD's online on Tuesday night around 20h00, on which both CD;s indicated that delivery would be the next day in main centers. Did not expect the CD's Wednesday as the order was placed after 14h00 on Tuesday. Through the morning today (Thursday) i phone to inquire on the delivery of my package, the lady on the phone indicated that it was in the warehouses and would be delivered today but could not give a time. around 17h00 i phoned again and was told by a gentleman that he could not tell me when it would be delivered, and that it probably wont happen today. Firstly the guy on the phone was rude and ill informed. and secondly don't claim to be delivering the next day and dont!!! i would have ordered from another online store that could deliver the next day...
