Plasti Dip Sa
Left me high and dry with NO response

I have been searching for over 5 months for a specific Plasti Dip product through Plasti Dip SA. I made contact, via e-mail and telephonically and was advised that I will be notified as soon as stock arrives. After the waiting period I received as part of a bulk e-mail that the product was now in stock. I made contact with Rowan that forwarded my request to Nicoline which just never made contact back. I have e-mailed them twice over the last 2 months and they just simply ignore me. This is truly disgusting service and I don't see much success for them once an alternative product is launched.
