On 29 Dec I made a complaint about not receiving our invoice and statements every month. I was informed that Funiwe will contact me on the Monday 31 Dec. On that specific day I had no reception, so when Funiwe tried to contact me, he/she off course couldn't get hold of me. No voice message was left, although I did get an email saying the following: "Please be advised that I have tried contacting you on the number given with no success. please provide me with your alternative contact details so that I can be able to assist you with the query that you log against Cell C on Hello Peter". I then replied to that email explaining that I'm the only contact person and that he/she should please try to contact me again on the 2 Jan. No response. I then send an email again on 4 Jan asking Funiwe to contact me. Today is 10 Jan, I'm still waiting for any reply what so ever (email or phone call)!
