I ordered flowers from Netflorist 4/5 days in advance. On acceptance of delivery it was evident that the order was short delivered. when contact was made the call centre informed me that the product was out of stock and that they are experiencing high volumes of the specific product. They however are not going to replace the stock nor refund me for it. the biggest issue is that I have given them 4/5 days in advance notice and they couldn't pick up the phone and contact me telling me that the order will be short supplied. This is really shocking service from the supposed BEST FLORIST in the Star reader choice awards.
