Poor Service

I ordered a set of dog tags from the above company who only operate via a web site. The site looks legitimate and advises customers that they predominantly correspond via email, but also provide a fax number.

The order was placed on 2 December 2013 after which I received the necessary web based invoice detailing my purchase. My proof of payment was sent on the date the order was placed. The site indicates that orders are generally fulfilled within 5 days for receipt of payment.

I have attempted to contact the supplier via the email system on their website on a number of occasions, in addition to faxing them without any form of response as to when I can expect my order to be dispatched.

This was supposed to be a Christmas gift to my child and to date I have had no correspondence regarding my order. Really poor service and attitude to business, that is if it is in fact a legitimate business.
