Product purchased but not delivered

Hello All

I have visited the site [URL Removed] and purchased a product on 26/12/2013 but site was closed during this time and business started on 02/01/2014 i have received a mail confirming my payment and that the Order status was fulfilled and dispatch. i payed for a door to door overnight courier service that would be delivered on the 03/01/2014 as it was shipped on 02/01/2014.
Until now does the tracking number not display status and i have not received anything.
I have spoken to a person by mail with the name as Wale on the email that assured me that its dispatched but i sent a new mail and no response.
I'm getting the feeling that this website is a and not a valid online trading website.

Please all be careful before purchasing on the site.
